With new rumors swerling about the skins now looking to move to DC, can the Skins get some fan support looking their way?

Everything is trending towards RFK and that would be the best possible site. Just didn't think it would happen under existing rules so city is changing the rules. This would be the kick start the area has long sought since the 1961 opening of RFK.
