Collins, the new Redskins hero

Free Agency has begun, will the Redskins contend for the offseason championship?  Washington made one of the biggest signings of the offseason early on, while at the same time a bunch of players who’ve been here for the last few years has moved on to a new team, including some guys we wish hadn’t.
