As the sports world slumbers, waiting for the NFL to issue in a busy Fall we look at a few under-the-radar stories. Things are getting ugly between Michael Oher and his Tuohy “family.” Steve dives into the legal wrangling and the money at stake. Litigation was on our minds as we looked at Reggie Bush trying to have his Heisman, records and reputation returned to him in the age of NIL. Last up we look at Sage Steele’s long exit from ESPN and revisit exactly what the 1st Amendment means.
