Arrivals:
Dan Quinn has signed two Cowboys to come with him to D.C.
Center Tyler Biadasz, 26 years old, started 53 games over his first 4 seasons. Has been a reliable player the last three seasons where he played 98%, 97% and 93% of offensive snaps. Reports are that he’s signing a contract of 3 years and a 30 million dollar value.https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1767246815332557209
Dorance Armstrong, a 26 year old defensive end out of Dallas, will sign ,for 3 years, $45 million. He played a lot of the heavy end role that Quinn likes to use in his 4-3 under look. He was a rotational piece in Dallas, playing about 1/2 of the defensive snaps the last 2 seasons. It will be important to learn whether he can take on a heavier workload in Washington.

Linebacker Frankie Luvu comes over from the Panthers for a 3 year deal. Luvu will be 28 next season in his 7th year, including 3 with Carolina and 3 with the Jets. He had 125 tackles last season, including 66 solo. Luvu also fits the 4-3 Under formations for Quinn, as he’s had 13.5 sacks in his last 2 seasons as a starter. He would be well suited to line up on the edge and rush the passer frequently.
Former Panthers LB Frankie Luvu has agreed to a three-year deal with the Commanders that has a max value of $36 million, per source.
