Thoughts

In week 2, Washington penalties killed drives and turned red zone opportunities into field goals. This week the Commanders had three penalties on one fourth quarter drive, but Jayden Daniels overcame them to throw a touchdown pass to Terry McLaurin that resulted in the score being 35-14, which effectively put the game out of reach. This is a much different team than the one that started the season.

Washington had two taunting penalties in the game. One was deserved, on Olamide Zaccheaus, but the second one on Jeremy McNichols was for making a bow-and-arrow movement after scoring his second touchdown of the game. NFL doesn’t stand for No Fun League for nothing.
